Caitlin Smith joined IMI in 2017 and brings a variety of experiences to the IMI team. Caitlin served four years in the U.S. Navy on a forward deployed aircraft carrier as a Hull Maintenance Technician Engineer, putting out fires, welding and traveling the world. From Greensboro, N.C., she says her favorite part of working with associations is, “Providing support to associations so that they can put forth more energy into doing the things that they love. It consistently provides new learning experiences which I am all about.”

“My favorite pastime is to explore places I have never been. From new parks and trails to new eateries and shops. I will usually have my little side-kick, a miniature dachshund, with me as well.”
