Dawn joined the IMI Team in late 2021. She brings 20 years of experience working with non-profits and associations to her new role. She has worked with The American Arbitration Association, Rhode Island Bar Association, the North Carolina Bar, and Prevent Child Abuse North Carolina. In her career, she grew from managing small meetings, committees, and board events, to running full-scale events as a conference planner and meeting manager. Dawn values working with non-profits and associations. She says, “I love working with people and seeing their dedication to their association. I love how people come together, volunteer, give time, all to make their association better.”

Dawn earned a BS in Meeting Management with a concentration in Leadership Management from Johnson and Wales University in Providence, R.I. Today, she calls Wake Forest home.
