Nancy joined IMI in early 2022 and brings to the table 25 years of experience in entrepreneurship and 10 years in nonprofit work. Nancy holds the Qualified Association Specialist (QAS) Certificate through FSAE. Nancy is guided by what she refers to as the 3 p's - People, Purpose, and Passion. It is this formula that led her towards being a community organizer and nonprofit advocate. Her greatest strengths lie within business development, event planning, customer relations, sales, and creating community collaboration. Currently, Nancy calls Raleigh, N.C., her hometown, and says that her favorite part of working with nonprofits is: “Task diversity, no day is ever the same. Also, watching the growth of an organization (membership, engagement and financial goals), and knowing I had a part in its success.”

Fun Fact

Nancy started her years at Syracuse University as an Aerospace Engineering major. After two years, she flipped the switch as a Creative by changing her major to Art Photography.
